Nothing but trouble.First trip we took rained and carpet got wet.

They sold us a floor model, but I really believe it had been used. Our first trip it rained and the carpet got wet.The dealer we purchased from was no help at all. Finally found another dealer to replaced carpet after I contacted Jayco myself.Paint faded and started peeling. All molding has finally come off.All parking light covers have fell off.Gel coating is all cracked up.We had a wilderness before and there is no comparison I wish we had kept our Wildreness. When you spend a Lof of money you expect more.I really think think it was lemon.Would not buy a jayco again.

There is Just no Build quality issues. Jayco still builds the best unit in the industry! 1) the grey water holding tank... A clamp being loose is not a quality issue its more of an oversight! 2) The TV never worked. No signal (this is a direct reflection on the...

Sounds like this was written by a salesman for Jayco. Just bought a Pinnacle, haven't picked it up yet.

I'll let you know how it goes. MDF

Wish we wouldn't have bought a Jayco camp trailer!!!!

Our Jayco camp trailer is junk the dealership was really proud of it when we bought it for over $20,000. When we drove it off the lot the door would not stay shut. We could see daylight in the backside of the bed. The mattress and the cushions are terrible. Very cold trailer. And the MICE!!!! can't keep them out. We rebuilt the bottom of the trailer, added insulation, filled the holes but they still get in and it is still cold. We tried to sell it back to the dealership after one season, they would only give us $9,000. The dealership knows what kind of product it is. Junk!!!!

We have had our jayco eagle five years...the bed was installed with huge gaps to the storage under the camper so the outside air comes in. The floor begin sagging after a few months and we were told this is normal and can never get it fixed. The awning clips are made...

Our new (last year) 2014 Jayco 26 Bh had five separate issues that, because I was 100 miles from the dealer) fixed myself. 1st. the grey water holding tank leaked when about 1/3 full. I had to pull the protective shield off the bottom and tighten the clamp that went...

In February 2014 we purchased a new 2014 Jayco Jay Flight Swift 28BHS travel trailer. I've had new and used RV's since 1981-and this by far has the poorest craftsmanship of any RV I've ever owned. Right now it sits at Camping World in OKC/Edmond, OK (where it's been...

Very disappointing that one has to deal with such issues, due to quick mass production, and that no quality control is taking place at the production plant. These units are being shipped out and no PDI's being done?

Worse yet is my dealership failed to pick up on major issues as well? BEST ADVICE: I can give is stay away from Jayco! I spent $76,000 on my new 321 RSTS and have 9 issues already. Moved it 65 kms and parked at my acreage, retracted the 3 slides and discovered major issues!

(See my review) worse is I have to wait till winter for service, as my local Dealership is too busy selling units and has no time to service it? They take your money, then you have to wait for service for 6-7 months- till winter? MORE ADVICE: When purchasing a new unit, keep in mind the construction end of the unit, look for squeaks in floor (plywood not screwed down), humps in the floor, where the plywood has not been seated (tongue and groove). major issues in my trailer, and whole unit was built over it, now how does dealership plan to fix it??

Tear the whole bathroom apart, can just imagine the damages afterwards! check pantry door gaps, delamitation on pantry panelling and trims loose already. You can see daylight through back window (frameless window- 8" of light). slide not retracting properly and 1" gap all along one side.

Door screen frame warped- see light through screen. Door frame bent and not waterproofed properly from underside. Issue that water can enter and damage plywood- causing wood rot, delimitation and mould and mildew under the linoleum. Check for staples, not wood putty filled.

NOTE: QUALITY OF BUILD- BEFORE PURCHASING! PRETTY SAD TO SEE THIS COMPANY CARES LESS ABOUT QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCT! SALES IS PRIORITY AND GOOD LUCK WITH WARRANTY! Should have bought a Montana!

Very Disappointed and will probably be selling it soon!

So much for our retirement 5th wheel! "DON'T BUY A JAYCO!"

We have had our Jayco White Hawk 21 fbs for 9 months now, outside of some minor issues with the trailer, it has but very good. Surprisingly enough it tows as nice as our 34 foot Holiday Rambler fifth-wheel did.

Quality in some areas could be better, and I mentioned my concerns, but the company never responded to them.

On a scale from 1-10, I would give them a 7! I think the biggest problem with the RV industry now is that the demand is high and they are not watching quality control as closely as they did.

Jayco Junk

Our Jayco Eagle, the slide out is crooked, it is just off warranty when the slide started catching coming in. Took it to the dealer for adjustment. They said the opening for the slide is out of square by 1". They don't no how that could have happened as the walls were supposed to be made in a jig. What a $35,000 pile of junk. The brace for the bed, the one that is screwed to the front wall, was 1.5" too low, your head was lower than your feet. Also, dust dust dust, coming in. TV broke in first year.... again $35000??????? what a joke.
