Un happy about warranty work

I dropped of travel trailer jayco bought brand new 2019 . Washing dishes sink dropped out. Took to chesaco rv ware i bought it. They say you havnt returned call or looked at it. Its been there over a month. Please help

Very displeased with Jayco pre-ordering of trailers

I ordered a Jayco 2022 Jayflight SLX 267bhs 2 months in advance. Had a written agreement and a deposit. Was happy with my selection after months research. Then just before the trailer is due to come in, I get notified that the price went up by $3,000. Not happy, my wife and i waited 2 months anticipating its arrival only to find out Len's RV of Brighton, Ontario and Jayco the manufacturer reneged on deal reneged reneged reneging

User's recommendation: Don't buy from Len's RV of Brighton or Jayco, can't be trusted. Don't stand behind the their word or a written deal/.

I can't find a ladder to get on my bunk bed

My daughter twisted her Ankle jumping off the bunk. There should be a ladder I just cant find where it should be

We are a camping family. We have previously owned 2 Jayco campers and have been very pleased, however, we bought both of them used. My husband and I recently bought ourselves a retirement camper and insisted we were going Jayco yet again. BIG MISTAKE!!! It is full of flaws and warranty work. We are working with our dealership to see what can be done

So update on Warranty work.. we have not heard from Jacob they have not tried to contact us the only thing they have sent us was a recall letter for our propane regulator that needed to be changed when we brought it into Bish's it was there for 2 weeks they did not fix...

*** poor antenna

We bought a 2021 jayco while hawk in February of this year. The little shark fin antenna hasn't picked up a single channel to be able to watch TV. It's sad to know a 38,000 vehicle has a worthless pos antenna and jayco won't do anything about it

I have the same issue with the antenna I removed the wall plate and took antenna line off the power wall panel and plug it into tv . I then received 20 channels I did need to use a line booster to get a good pitcher.

I talked winegard about the power panel they said it provides power to the antenna all the time and if that antenna is not setup to have power to it this could cause a issue. It seem like it is not a power antenna as it worked with power removed.

Horrible customer service

Contacted jayco in regards to a new purchase I had made on seismic 4113. They refused to help. This 100,000.00 camper is an absolute heap. The directed all problems to my dealer. They did not produce this expensive lemon. Very disappointed!!! I will not go away. Owed this thing for 4 months and has been in for repairs for over two of them. Makes it impossible to enjoy. Every day is something new. VERY POOR QUALITY CONTROL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would never recommend buying a jayco product to anyone. Very expensive garbage

User's recommendation: Look elsewhere. Quality is not there but price tag is.

I have a 202* *** North Point. What a piece of junk.

Worst manufacturing I have ever seen.

I don't have time to list all the things that were installed by the twelve year old kids. If you see the name Jayco walk right by it so you dont get screwed out of like I did.

I'm not really pissed off I'm more stressed out cuz I got to plan camping trip the middle next month I recently bought an older 1997 jayco Jay series pop up trailer and one of the slide outs for the pop out beds the rails this slide it in and out is worped and it is a headache and a half to get it in and out and I just needed those parts so I could have this one gentleman help me out and get it fixed my number is 805-627-**** I'm really having trouble finding someone to help me

Pitiful customer service and not caring about their customers I bought a 2019 Jayco Allante brand new and Colerain RV has had the motorhome more than I have for several repairs some repairs theyve had it for twice and the customer service department at Jayco is absolutely horrible no answers for the issues you have and they will never call you back about an issue I am trading in this 2019 Jayco Allante that only has 936 miles on it and purchasing a different motorhome and it will not be a Jayco brand and/or from Colerain RV

User's recommendation: Never to buy a Jayco camper or motorhome.

I also thought Jayco was a good brand, but no more. Our floor is missing sub flooring under the drivers feet and out grey tank which is suppose to hold forty gallons, holds less that twenty five gallons. Jayco's customer service answers were actually demeaning toward my intelligence.

Tiered of waiting

ordered new 202* 245 trailer in Jan 2021, was told would be 8 weeks for delivery. May 17 2021 no trailer and was told it wouldn't be here till Feb. 2022. then order new 245 trailer that was spouses to be here on or around the 23 of may. It is now the 29 of may still not here and now going to be 2 t0 three more weeks. not wright.

2019 Jayco Jay Flight SLX,

I called customer service even after I was told they don't care. We have Powder Post Beatles eating the wood in our camper. Please check any camper out before you buy it, AND the Warranty! We are first time buyers and are so disappointed. We didn't know we had to look for bugs. Our Warranty does not cover bugs, But they were in the wood already when we bought it.
