purchased new alante from Dixie rv in Hammond la. Feb.

1 2017 unit is still at their facility with so many safety and defective systems that it cannot be safely driven. hole on floor on day we went to pick it up. hydraulic jacks leak and do not work . drives window curtains were installed with 2 mounting clips, not six a curtain mfg.

requires, tires were not balanced could not drive.

dash gauge panel had water inside. 90 plus days in Dixie rv shop losing money, can't use had to cancel all of our spring camping plans want jayco to replace this is a lemon and is dangerous

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $77000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Jayco Cons: Product and whole experience, Selling defective units.

our have been in shop 11 months out of 19. every vacation had to be cancelled.

now they say some lines have been replaced In motor, now the warranty is out.

the only place we had it worked on is the dealer, and they don't work on motors, they send it to the ford truck shop. its a nightmare, stay away from Jayco

My jayco may have been damaged and restored in flooding at dealer in early 2016

Just purchase a 2018 Jayco Alante 31p. Have not driven it too much, maybe 500 miles, but everything seems to check out good.

I read these bad reviews and wonder what kind of junk people are talking about. This is my second Jayco (first was a 2010 Jayco Greyhawk) that I ran for 5 years nearly trouble free. I have had a few minor issues with the coach, mainly with the Garmin system, which Garmin has helped out immensely. I just had the front end checked, and everything is good.

Headed to New Orleans to visit the grandkids in a week. I just wonder what people are so wound up about. Maybe not used to driving anything larger than a car? It's a truck, get over it.

It will sway in crosswinds and be buffeted by larger vehicles. I am a retired truck driver, I can tell you how these vehicles handle after 3 million miles.

Get used to the limitations of RV's and please, get your spelling and grammar correct! Sorry, I am a recovering English major!

now my motor warranty in voided. when I have lost over 35000. dollars I really could care less about my grammar.

my husband is 100 % disabled from the military and they ruin our dream. I am stuck with an rv I can not use.
