I purchased a 2022 Jayco SLX 184BS
Camping World of Davenport, IA was where I purchased but not have taken delivery of my camper. It has been a nightmare. The unit did not pass the inspection as the clean water tank sensors wiring is bad from the manufacturer. Therefore, against CW of Davenport suggestion, I refused to drive off with a brand new unit that did not pass inspection. Although, regrettably i have already paid for thus unit. Its been two weeks and the unit is still not fixed and every time I call I get the run around! I'm already regretting this purchase. I have read as long as I haven't take possession i still may have a chance to resend the deal. Im already so pissed off I dont want the damn thing any longer!

Lost brakes and steering on 2021 class c jayco w 2700 miles. After paying exorbitant amounts of money for towing and the repair, nobody wants to reimburse or take responsibility. Slide damaged trying to get the RV off the highway. Jayco will not assume responsibility and Ford is giving me the run around for any kind of reimbursement

User's recommendation: Look up your vin # before buying and never pay out of pocket for any repairs. You'll never see your money.

DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE at Crain RV in Benton AR! Service on these rigs is horrible, as confirmed by many negative reviews (all with the same story).

Units sit on lots for 6-8 weeks without being looked at. Wont return phone calls. Wont communicate. Many negative reviews about Crain RV in Benton AR

Sold us a total lemon. Frame was not built strong enough for weight of coach. Total vent frame that is now going to cost us 17,000 dollars to fix. This is just the tip of the iceburg. Multiple problem

Found out the holding tank was only 15 gallons supposed to be 30. T.v fell off first time out. Vanity mirror feel off and shattered before we even got it off the lot. Frame cracked and bent because they put in a frame that cannot withhold the weight. Refrigerator broke first time out. Multiple problems since the day we bought it. Sold it with a bent axle. I could go on.Do not by a Jayco Eagle

From the factory, the roof was not installed correctly. The sides were not wrapped and glued down. The repairs were made to correct this, but the roof rubber is loose, the factory customer service has denied the local dealer to replace the roof. I have been dealing with this since my wife and I purchased the camper last March. They have stated that if anything goes wrong with the roof in the warranty period, they will review again at that time. The warranty is 2 years, what do they care the roof is supposed to last 15 years.

User's recommendation: Do not purchase a camper that has problems with the roof until they have completed repairs to your satisfaction.

Seneca 37L 2021 My dealer LaMesa in Pt Saint Lucie, Fl just kept running me around for a year. Finaly they said i had to contact Jayco directly. When I contacted Jayco they said they were aware of the door issue. With that said still no resolution or communication. The entry door to the coach is poorly designed. It is very flimsy and warped at the top and the bottom. You can see it flaps in and out while driving down the road. It is locked with both locks. I have been dealing with this sense September 2020 and still no resolution. I hear a number of customers with the same issue for 2021 coaches and even 2022 year.

Still no answer from Jayco. They admit they know of the problem with the coaches and are working on a solution. After a month still no reply back to me regarding a plan or solution.

I paid $90,000 for my couch Ive had it for nine Months and have been unable to get any of my warranty work done every time I contact them they tell me lies and my broken promises absolute worst warranty in the country my advice is to never buy a Jayco I have had a keystone and a holiday rambler And both of those companies take care of their business immediately this place is a joke Im so sorry I bought one

Part ordered 11/15/2021

Ordered Jayco warranty part fog light 11/15/2021, still waiting 01/04/2022. Asked for new part, request denied. Nothing good to say about Jayco parts department or customer service. Forced to pay to have the part installed. Hoped Jayco would cover the install cost!!!?
