Well Big Jen thinks she can verbally assault people spit in there face while yelling at them, then physically assault people with a forklift truck and laugh at them as if they were in the wrong, while leaders from management watch, literally observe the assault take place, guess if you pass a *** test you keep your job despite i dunno 4-14 complaints, 2 up there managers observing an assault take place, a dozen close calls, constant berating of team members, telling people they are worthless and that she has to hold their hand and baby them, sending people home to their loved ones crying. With no consequences. WOW!! TF??!! Kimberly ID store is the Wild Wild West. People getting taken out in cuffs people constantly getting into fights beating them with hammers, people having there cars predated on and towed off private property, people doing drugs in trailers. Quite literally a list of *** And sure as *** no consequences for Big Jen, shows back up to work like she didnt almost end some kids life that started the day before, hope he gets something out of this and isnt traumatized by being thrown by a speeding forklift driver who had an attitude cuz something wasn't done her way and to her liking. Constantly threatening team memebers that she will have to take them into the back office, what goes on in there? yes she makes them call her Big Jen, we'll I am fearful for the team members that are on the ground! How does this go unchecked, unverified, dismissed, swept under the rug?? Wtf we doing Jayco address your culture sounds like a fight club and extensive law suits.
