We bought in 2015 a White Hawk Ultra Light serial#1UJBJOBM4F145****.from Rv Canada in Ottawa on Canada.
We only use our trailer to travel to Texas which we did in 2016,17,18,19 and 2021.on our trip down our truck gave us warning to service electric brakes. As soon as we got here we called the RV specialist to come and fix it.He said they were warn had to be changed. We had to go to Pharr Texas to buy the electric shoes from a shop called Camco. They sold us four cost us 432.55 with tax.Wrong size ours were one inch and half.Went back did not have any in stock. They looked all over on line even in Indiana they sent two needed four.Impossible to find anywhere been looking for three weeks awkward size. The only solution was to change the two complete axles.drums in order to fit two inch electric shoes which would be standard.
The invoice for two axles and drums came to 902.20 with tax plus 56.02 for the u-bolts.They were made by Truck&Trailer Solutions in Pharr.
If you design ultra lights you should also be able to provide the parts.
Our couch inside is covered with a soft fake leather that is all split need to recover.
We have not been lucky at all with Jayco we bought your product for the quality and design.
We were wandering is in any way can Jayco help us in anyway to compensate our anguish and many trips to Pharr.
Waiting for a response
