There is Just no Build quality issues. Jayco still builds the best unit in the industry! 1) the grey water holding tank... A clamp being loose is not a quality issue its more of an oversight! 2) The TV never worked. No signal (this is a direct reflection on the dealer)sounds like a pinched wire! and a problem that would be covered under Jayco's 2 year warranty.3) The propane gas gauge says full even though both tanks are empty...There is no gas gauge on a Jayco Jayflight! if you are dealing with a gauge this was added aftermarket and not Jayco's fault!4). Molding is coming off around the slide. Easy fix! show me any rv in the industry that hasn't popped a staple...5). The water pump kept on cycling on and off even with no faucet on and no leak. I pulled it and adjusted the pressure screw. / Last I checked Jayco doesn't build pumps... Maybe you should complain to Sur-Flo...

Sounds like someone bought a used RV and needed to *** about something...and if you bought new why didn't you use Jayco's amazing warranty to fix these problems?

Sounds like this was written by a salesman for Jayco. Just bought a Pinnacle, haven't picked it up yet.

Anyone who thinks Jayco rules, has obviously NEVER owned a Jayco.

Our Eagle 316RKDS has been a "complete & utter piece of ***" since brand new.

We've had 4 trips in it, and 3 of the trips have been major failures due to a complete "lack of workmanship".

Absolute JUNK product.

well i am sure that when i take my findings to the better business bureau and then then news with all the complaints i have read and i have personally inspected the quality of the work from the frame to shell to the roof to the way they install the generator. That must not be JAYCOS fault now is it. It may not get me anywhere but i have been doing this a long time and the more people read how *** your product is sooner then later its going to cost you money just hope that it is not why someone is driving and something bad happens then you could say good by to your entire business because you were to lazy to call some one back or FIX YOUR SCREW up and i am not shy u want to reach me you can at wolfp85@***.com talk to you soon JAYCO aka (FAYCO)

Wow. You must be employed by Jayco!

First of all, when I buy a travel trailer and have trouble with ANY PART of that camper why should it be up to me to research and discover who was the maker of that part?? Jayco supposedly has a bumper to bumper warranty. Auto makers get pieces and parts of items used in building their vehicles from other manufacturers. Are owners required to research each part and learn where that part is made and contact them in India, China or wherever??

You are so wrong in this. The buck stops with Jayco or any other manufacturer. Dealers have a contract with Jayco to sell their product and provide warranty service. Getting that product repaired when it's defective is the responsibility of two parties.

Jayco and the dealership. The consumer has one responsibility. HAND OVER THE MONEY!

That's what they do. Unfortunately it seems that once we do that everyone else is done!???
