In 2013 we purchased our first trailer. The dealership recommended A Jay Flight RB185.

We were told it was built by Amish craftsmen. So after door mouldings falling off, noticing corner trim pinched when the cabinets were installed, staples sticking out, dinette seats coming unscrewed, doors not flush, one screw on door hinges, wheel wells leaks while driving in rain, hot water tank pilot light doesn't stay lit, furnace acting up, three years later I am wondering what happened to the craftsmen.

Most of this stuff wasn't noticed or became a problem until after the warranty was over. I don't think we will be buying another one.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Jayco Pros: Floor plan layout.

Jayco Cons: Poor quality of construction.

Location: Nelson, British Columbia

Did you do your research? The 185RB is built in Idaho and not in Indiana where the rest of the Jayco line is built by the Amish.
