Purchased 2018 Jayco Pinnacle in August of 2018 which is considered luxury top of line. I would hate to see what is low end.

We have had nothing but issues. Jayco will not honor warranty work for bad workmanship and defective products. Let me give you a list:

Fireplace fell out on drive home (45 miles) from dealership. It had never been attached to wall in living area.

No screws or nails had ever been utilized

Ceiling in bedroom was bubbled due to poor workmanship. Seal around window in front cap came out on first trip. LED lights loose on awning at purchase

My husband attached trailer to pickup approximately 2 weeks after purchase to take to dealership for repairs to fireplace, other minor issues and ceiling in bedroom. Trailer had been used for one trip prior approximately 160 miles round trip.

He noticed an approximate 3 foot x 1 inch horizontal crack in sidewall from nose of trailer to bedroom slide.

Trailer has been towed approximately 200 to 215 miles, and this is what we are dealing with. Purchasing dealer could not repair due to fact needed to be done by certified aluminum welder. After 10 months trailer was returned to manufacturer in Middlebury Indiana for repairs. Earliest that they could schedule repairs.

But weโ€™re told this was not a structural issue even though metal braces had been shipped by Jacob to dealership.

Additional issues to be repaired while at factory to bathroom ceiling which had also bubbled. Stove will not light. Sawdust in living area from ceiling air conditioner vents after every tow.

Trailer towed approximately 2600 miles to Indiana from Texas and back. Not including additional tow to dealership.

Now my so called new tires have 4000 miles of wear and tear that I did not have the pleasure of making on anticipated trips vs repairs. Tires not covered under warranty. Not my poor workmanship and defective products that caused these issues. Just replace the tires.

Sidewall crack repaired with 3 to 4 inch brace pieces x 2 in propane tank holding area which you can see.

Remember it was not STRUCTURAL. That is not counting what bracing was done that is covered by walls and floor in bedroom.

The ceiling FIX was to slice bubbles with razor blade and glue down which my 8 yr old granddaughter would have been smarter than to have done that. Stove was not repaired either.

Now Jayco will not honor warranty work in bathroom by dealership because it will cost Supplies plus 20 hours of labor to fix correctly. Should have repaired it correctly when you had it in Indiana then.

When trailer returned for pickup, drawers open in kitchen which hit island and are damaged.

Drawer in bedroom under couch was left open and is damaged. All the items underneath bed storage were left in floor of bedroom and not replaced. I would have been ashamed to have returned unit looking like this. Needless to say I am a very dissatisfied customer and will never buy another Jayco product.

We have also had issues with fuses that control slides as well.

Have made numerous calls to Jayco service.

Lisa Lehman service manager does not respond to emails or return calls most of time. When she does she is rude.

Jayco get a clue and take care of your customers
