Maybe if you had bought a REAL trailer instead of the cheapest junk made buy the rv industry. But buying a used old junk pile just to take pictures of sitting in your drive way. Dont qualify you as a real RVer.so keep your ignorant comments to yourself FOOL.

2016 Jayco has been nothing but problems since I bought it. The sheet metal started to come off because the staples came out. That's right....staples. I contacted Jayco and they said they didn't care because it was no longer under warranty. Yeah I know but cars get recalled all the time past the warranty when there is an issue with the build. Jayco does not care about loyalty, they depend on ned suckers. This thing is truly lipstick on a pig.

Extremely disappointed!

I just bought a brand new Jayco SLX trailer on Friday, May 21st. Expecting everything to work on this trailer, I left for Wall SD from Spokane, WA on Monday the 24th to start work at Wall Drug. Upon arriving, I discovered that I have no heat, no hot water and there's a water leak when it rains on the left side of the bed on the floor. I contacted Camping World in Spokane and was told someone from their service department would contact me. That was last Wednesday and no call yet. My next call is to Jayco. If I don't get satisfaction there, the BBB will be getting my nex call.

User's recommendation: Don't buy a Jayco RV, especially from Camping World.

Got screwed

i bought part for my fifth wheel it was a outside trim piece .after 5 months it finally got here and the color is wrong .contacted dealership they said call jayco after 2 more months they informed me that they changed vendors and what you get is what you get that is so wrong . jayco is for getting who has made them big . RAY

Pissed off

Purchased a Jayco 338 RETS after two i notified Jayco that the paint was chalking. Contacted my dealer he said Jayco didn't put enough UV in the gel coat. I contacted Jayco, camper was out of warranty by 2 months. They basically said tough s---. now the slide is stuck open called repair man to fix cost me 400.00 to get the slide back in . track is bad this cost 1500.00 to repair.

User's recommendation: Would not recommend any one to buy Jayco junk.

We bought a new toy hauler from Jayco in October 2017. Our shower started leaking after the first time we took it out. It has been in the shop for the leak 6 times and the problem continues. The problem seems to be a design flaw. I emailed jayco and asked them to help....

Furniture

We ordered a 2020 Jayco eagle in March of 2020. We ordered the luxury package. That was a joke. We did not get the luxury pkg. The furniture that was in the RV was the ugliest green and was not the theater seats. Jayco said that was because we got a 2021 and this is not in the pkg. for 2021. Not my fault. I specifically ordered the luxury pkg. and ordered a 2020 not a 2021. Now the dealership is making us pay the difference for the luxury pkg. I am very upset and angry. I will never buy a Jayco product, or buy from General RV. I will also let anyone I know not to buy a Jayco. Buyer beware!! Now the linoleum is bubbling in the main living area and in the bedroom. Very disappointed in the quality.

New Eagle taken back to Dealer to correct issues.

It has now been 10 weeks and Camping world is blaming Jayco for taking so long to get parts to perform warranty work. I'm not sure who is causing the problems. Is it Jayco or Camping world? Did I buy a lemon? Is it normal to spend $50K on a new TT that has leaking black water valve? An awning that won't work? Automatic leveling system that has never worked? Incorrectly wired satellite hookup? I'm pissed and about ready to get my attorney involved.

2021 eagle ht 28.5 rsts, bought this trailer 11/28/20 brand new and got a POS with multiple issues like a bent kitchen slide cable bracket, something sticking through the fiberglass on the side and a soft floor in front of shower with a loud squeak, I have never used the trailer because its been at the dealership where I bought it for 5 weeks, Id expect more from a 46,000 dollar trailer but I guess I expected too much. Im heartbroken from what the RV industry has become, but you all dont care because RV sales are up. Just try to remember how the RV sales where in 2008 and 2009, SAD

bought a new 29 ft rek trailer it had sat on the lot for over a year when we purchased it there were some issues took it in to shop 3 times last time they said slide was totaled water had got in a rotted floor damaged walls,spoke with factory,absolutelya claim denied said I did not maintain seals.camper had sat in hot Georgia sun for over a year with no mainiainence but the trouble was mine.they destroyed my retirement I still owe 20,000 dollars and cant use my camper,i don't have 10,000$ to repair it.absolutely the worst experience in my 73 years on this planet.also spent some of my wifes 401k to buy this thing.i feel in my heart that im totally right and they are crooked and liars,bad carma apon them.

Overall dissatisfaction

Bought a new 2020 Jayco Jay Flight SLX first trip Heat did not work Bed supports broke. Blinds all broke I could go on and on. Had to pay a guy to come fix the heat also ordered a new thermostat because how could we take it in we were living in it. Took it where we bought it when we got back home they said they fixed the problem 2 months in the shop. Had to pay to get the furnace fixed and found a lot of stuff wrong. Things under sofa got musty feels like no insulation

Trailer was a piece of junk

From the first time that we used our new hummingbird we had one problem after another. For every day that we used it it was in the shop for a week. We complained about the service and lack of repairs and were classified as cry baby trouble makers. A few of the problems that we had. Water leaks, slide stuck open, toilet leak, axel and tire replacement. No gas to the heater. Outlets fell off walls. When they repaired a problem they did not reassemble the anything that had to be removed to get to the repair. We live in California and contacted a lemon law Attorney in San Diego. He sued Jayco and won a 100% cash refund for every penny that we had to spend including storage fees.
