I want the public to be able to view the body cam from the officer taking the report without any edits or stops in the recording. Even if there was a typo, the Rv industry Jayco needs to be held responsible for the sick actions they fought to get dismissed over a typo... This company should be cooperating with authorities if they are innocent.

Cabin 1960s Built.
Jayco
Every morning they are, I mean, soaked with water.
And mold on the wood panels every winter is absolutely very unhealthy for the cabin.
Jayco, I hope you still don't build cabins like this. You should be ashamed, useless people. Thumbs down.

Verified ReviewerFaulty Wiring and Jayco will not cover under warranty!
Description of complaint:
Worst customer service ever! Bought a brand new camper
and have had nothing but issues with the electrical system.
Lost all lights, brakes, and power to the travel trailer while
going through the mountains of Tennessee in a storm! My
family could have lost their life! We cannot use the $1k
camera system because of the electrical issues. Finally
found 2 corroded breakers (on a brand new camper!!) and
Jayco will not warranty because it's corrosion and against
their warranty even though it's brand new! They acted like
they were doing us a favor for warranting our countertops
that are separating from the wall of the camper! Our new
camper is sitting at Camping World right now and has been
there since the beginning of April because it needed a
new battery, corroded breakers fixed (at my expense), new
door, countertops fixed, and now the entire electrical system
re-wired because they found wires touching and it almost
caught fire! Never will I buy anything Jayco again, and I hope
this helps people from buying from Jayco.
Preferred solution: Jayco to warranty the issues! If not, I will be pursuing the lemon law with them!
User's recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE A JAYCO!
Horrible, horrible workmanship. Buy it through campers world and you'll hate it even more
Interior LEDs overheating Brand design jayco refuses to cover anything. Parts breaking the cheapest of cheap material is used. Customer service absolutely bites

Verified Reviewer |Junk RV, NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS AND NO ONE CARE, YES IT BRAD NEW 2023
First seat belt lights on, Jayco fitted wiring wrong and seats cut wiring, had to pay ,after a Long time received a cheque.
Hit water heater not working, no one could fix, in end I tested it and found fault, through Trumo, I fixed, RV CANADA could not fix or jayco.
Grey water dump valve siezed, dealer replaced ? But still siezed, gave up and fitted electric valve, works great now, black water release a two hand job to operate, will have to change for electric at my cost also.
Stove top cheap junky unit, no auto ignite, have to use matches.
All window blinds fitted off center.
Main roof fan, switch only operates on off or high, Again a junky garbage.
Changer door on water heater (RV CANADA) Not painted, I have to get it painted.
Mattress is very short, I am 5ft 7 and my feet hang over the bottom.
When bed folded, it interferes with bathroom door.
TV fitted over door, hard to watch, when pulled out you have to duck your head to get outside !
Roof air vents are cheap thin plastic, and break when trying to redirect.
No soap holder in shower, one hook outside to hang towel on.
All electrical outlets on one breaker, so kettle and toaster blow breaker.
No USB plugs in cab area, just one cigarette lighter,
Dinette seats are cheap material and very slippery, so hold on tight.
Kitchen counter is tiny to say the least, no leafs, nothing and no where to add one.
Screen door latch is dollar store quality, screws feel out on first use, fitted longer screws with washers to fix, myself.
I could go on and on about this terrible mistake we made trusting the Jayco name, please do not get caught like we did, and we can't afford another unit, so we are stuck trying to fix this one, with little or no help from Jayco.
Trim top of entry into cab area is all wrinkled very poor workmanship, and that applies to all of this unit, dollar store quality.
DO NOT BUY, Jayco GARBAGE, JAYCO DO NOT CARE. NO ONE AT SERVICE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT YOUR UNIT, SO RUN AND Hide from any Jayco product.
After complaining and asked for betterment, refused as Jayco states these are not serious faults.run and hide

Poor quality components.
I purchased a new Jayco travel trailer for cash. It was delivered with an AirXcel branded oven and stove that did not work on arrival - 8 weeks later it still does not.
It has an AirXcel branded vent hood which stopped working 2 days later and 8 weeks later it still does not. It has an AirXcel branded main heating furnace in it that failed after a week and was not working until I ordered and paid (out of my own pocket) the parts needed and repaired it myself (no doubt voiding the warranty on the entire heating system) but now it works. When I used hot water the first time and most times subsequently it seems the flow meter is not accurate because the water surges in 20-25 second cycles and the water temperature varies from 70 to 120 - and yes it is an AirXcel branded on demand water heater.
They do not believe there is a problem with it except I need to just make sure the water supply is warmer and 65 to 70 degree supply is recommended - WTF - are these people just stupid? Probably but that is apparantly what AirXcel recommends even though this does not appear anywhere in the manuals they still stand by that advice.
User's recommendation: Do not buy anything that uses AirXcel branded components and do not trust that spectacular Jayco warranty to do anything more than look good on paper.

4-year-old Jayco travel trailer requires $10,000 in repairs because they don’t properly seal the trailers and then use that as an excuse. Do not give them your hard-earned money. The business model is built on quantity of sales, not quality of product.

I purchased my 2021 Jayco Seismic 4113 new in 2021. The day I went to pick up my new toy hauler, I noticed during the orientation my plumbing leaked in all wet areas, my rear awning did not work, and the hydraulics were leaking.
I did not take possession the day. The dealer assured me that it would be remedied by next day. I went back the next day and no change. That started my very first claim.
Since then the unit spent most of its life in the shop for repairs. I contacted Jayco to get them involved in a remedy. Their customer service was horrible and rarely gave resolution. More times that I would care to admit, I kept calling their customer service line.
I was drug through the mud by this company.
While camper was in shop for repairs. I attended the Hershey camper show. While there we approached some of the Jayco staff members. After speaking to a few, I got directed to Mr.
Steve Claude?( A higher up for Jayco) I spoke to Mr. Claude and filled him in my problems. He extended a life line. He gave me name, number, and personal cell number with a promise that he would contact me.
That very next Monday he called. He agreed to take my unit back to factory and repair. Mr. Claude kept his word.
They took my unit back to Jayco where they performed several repairs, many of which were not apart of what was agreed upon through myself and Mr.
Claudes discussion. Then came relief. For once a huge company kept its word.
Shortly after unit was returned, we discovered A few more problems. We then tried contacting customer service again to remedy.
Once again they let me down. I followed up many times but never a good answer.
After giving up on getting nowhere with customer service, I decided to attend show to find Mr. Claude again. By luck he was there.
I immediately reminded him of who I was and thanked him for all his help. I then went on to describe my new dilemmas. Once again Mr. Claude was a man of his word.
When my unit returned, I immediately went to inspect the repairs.
After a huge disappointment I moved back to notifying my points of contact. I forwarded several emails and pictures. After a few days Mr.Claude notifies me that he feels after review the roof replacement was satisfactory service.
My mind was blown. Today I ask that you please do your homework.
Theres lots to learn. I could not believe that this was his conclusion.

Tried to order compartment door locks to replace thumb locks so compartment doors would have double locks and prevent theft of being pried open. Parts was ordered by Blue Compass in Bowling green Kentucky where the new camper was purchased.
The parts had to be prepaid before ordering. When I went to Blue compass to get locks that were ordered they were the barrel only No center for the key. I told Ashley the parts wasnt right and they knew before ordering what I was wanting and she said she would get a part number for key insert and call me and when she did call back she said Jayco couldnt come up with the part number and I told her I wanted my money back for the parts order and she said Jayco would have to refund the parts so I called Sandra Miller at Jayco and left a voicemail of what happened and I wanted a refund and she emailed back and said Blue compass would have to refund the money.
This is very poor service and not being able to get a refund. I will sure let every one know what has happened and I will never purchase another Jayco camper nor will I ever do business with Blue compass again

Verified ReviewerPurchased Brand new and regret it
No one has even contacted me back
Purchased brand new, this item is used every day. With the coach, it's always something new.
It's been in the shop for more than 90 days on three different occasions, has had to be picked up from the campsite, had a mobile tech come to the campsite, and been towed once. You name it, we've had problems with it.
These include electrical issues, slide issues, Murphy bed issues, hydraulic jack issues, a cracked gray water tank, and so on. It was the worst purchase ever!
