Bought it in April, took it to Richardson's for warranty work. They have it for 4+ weeks and still not fixed. I could have fixed it in 4 hours, but it's the principle of the quality of Jayco. Reallt disappointed wirh quality and service of the toyhauler.

We bought new camper. 1st tanks fell out from underneath. Only went 300 miles with it. Dealership repaired it. 600 miles the side of camper was pushing out when opened popouts. Dealer has had camper 2 months still waiting on parts. We are not happy campers. Bought Jayco because it was sposed to be so great.
