Never finished interior in floor to living area can look outside ,underside panel all coming apart can see light out in front closet sent about 30 photos and list told to look for rv guy to fix all said too much send. Back to factory 2015 pinnacle been calling lady in pinnacle service does nothing, asked to speak to boss or rep no one called I did not pick it apart still pages of sloppy unfinished work, 6blocks from a dealer ,they just are fixing their stuff now,l can see why factory says full until June l can see why ,dealer did not even fix the few things I asked , got 60000.00 worth of c. Beware look really hard prior to buying .just read in our trade magazine they are stepping up production and adding a new high line what a joke

Had a Jayco Pinnacle new in 2014 got rid of it 11/2 years later nothing but junk

Hi I have a new SILVERLINE had a lot of issues dealer service dept arrogant door locks on cupboards are cheap rubbish and a

So locks on boot and gas compartment fell apart

Then an is well engineered however hardware should be upgraded

And Dealers service Department leaves a lot to be desired

If I had to buy another van I would look at Quality of other makers before making final Decision
